Lisa is a visionary health entrepreneur with a passion for holistic health. With her unique background in psychology and nursing, she offers a comprehensive and integrated approach to wellbeing. Her vision goes beyond traditional medicine and physical symptoms. She believes in addressing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of health.
With a profound understanding of the mind-body connection, she shares her holistic approach to health with people who cross her path. Her background in psychology allows her to foster a supportive community that empowers people to take charge of their health and embrace their wellness journey. Her background in nursing provides her with the practical knowledge and skills needed to combine evidence-based practices and alternative therapies, promoting a balanced approach to healing.

ABOUT Joseph
Joseph’s background stems in corporate banking and education. Born in India, his fascination for ancient scriptures, Vedic literature and yoga grew fonder throughout his schooling.
He is also a seasoned meditation practitioner who has been ardent in his practice for over two decades. He heads MagnumOpus Academy®, which has been his school of Meditation since 2013. He also uses this banner to undertake various independent researches and studies on “Empowered Living” and “Stress-free Living”. He has always been inspired by spirituality, sought to study mysticism and great-teachings since the early days of his life.
Joseph calls the Sages and monks from the plains of Ganges in Central India to be one of his first teachers to awaken within him the relevance of Meditation. His association with Meditation became intense during his collegiate education. One of his first learnings was the Concept of Simplified Kundalini Energy. Through Pranahuti Meditation, he then learned the refinement and purification of Life Energy and connected with prayerfulness to expand and evolve in consciousness.
The practice of “Yogic Breathing technique” allowed a jugglery of paced-breathing to impact body’s metabolic rates positively at Sri Sri Ravisankar’s “The Art of Living” program. He also attended Trainer’s Certificate program by Acharya Rajneesh where he learned about “Active Meditations” for Modern lifestyle.
The techniques helped him have better control over psycho-physiological states and improved organ functioning.
Looking back, Joseph recalls how he found refuge in meditation during his teenage years as an alternative to substance-abuse and to redress life-related stresses caused by relationship break-ups.
